A private chef for your chalet week
A private chef moves into your Alps chalet for the full week, cooking from first breakfast to last dinner. Menus never repeat, one coordinator handles every detail, and weekly terms are degressive, quoted within 24 hours. From Courchevel to Val d'Isère, your table is taken care of.
A chef in residence, from first coffee to last course
A chef in residence for a chalet week cooks every meal in your kitchen, from morning coffee and breakfast to slope-side lunches, afternoon returns and full dinners. Our chefs come from Michelin-starred houses, each one tested at a dinner before joining the network, so every service holds the same standard across the whole stay.
No two menus repeat across the week, so each dinner feels like a first. The cellar follows the whole stay, with sommelier pairings chosen meal by meal. One coordinator stays with you from the first call to the last evening. Over 500 events and 2,000 guests sit behind every week we run, rated 4.9/5 on Google.

A typical week, day by day
Here is how a chalet week usually unfolds, from an easy arrival dinner to a spotless departure. Your chef shapes each day around your skiing, your rhythm and your table.
Your first evening asks nothing of you: caviar and Champagne as you walk in from the transfer, then an unhurried welcome dinner. Settle in while the chef reads the week ahead with you.
Ski days start with a generous breakfast and end with something warm waiting on your return. Lunch comes slope-side or at the chalet, light or hearty, exactly as the day calls for.
One night in the week rises above the rest: a starred-level tasting menu with full table service, sommelier pairings and maîtres d'hôtel. It is the dinner your guests will talk about long after.
Away from the table, the chef coordinates with your chalet staff on shopping, timings and every service. Hosts lift nothing: the kitchen simply runs, and each meal arrives when you want it.
The last morning is a gentle one: a final breakfast, an easy send-off before the transfer, and a kitchen left spotless, with nothing left for you to do.
Where we cook, across the Alps
Your chef comes to your chalet across the leading Alpine resorts: Courchevel, Megève, Val d'Isère, Méribel and Val Thorens. Wherever you are staying, the full week arrives with the chef.
