Do you cater private events in Paris?
Yes. Prémices arranges private chefs and fine-dining catering for dinners, receptions and corporate events across Paris, from an intimate table to several hundred guests.
How far in advance should I book?
A few weeks is ideal for a large event, but we regularly arrange private dinners at short notice. Tell us your date and we confirm availability within 24 hours.
Can you provide the venue and staff as well as the food?
Yes. We can add off-market venues, maîtres d’hôtel, a full service team and a sommelier to any event.
