Prémices is a Paris gastronomy house. We design and orchestrate bespoke culinary experiences from beginning to end — the venue, the chef, the service, the sommelier, every detail. Whether you receive your guests at home or in one of our signature partner venues, your only task is to enjoy the evening.
We work with private hosts (intimate dinners, milestone birthdays, family receptions, celebrations with friends) and with companies (board dinners, executive retreats, galas, cocktails). Evenings range from a private dinner for two to a gala of six hundred guests.
Prémices is neither a caterer nor a marketplace. We are the producer of your evening: we choose the venue, compose the menu with the chef, coordinate the service, the sommelier and every aspect of the logistics. Without us, the evening would not exist as it does.
Every Prémices chef has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants or grand hotels. Before joining our circle, each one passes a full audition — cuisine, plating, hygiene, timing and the elegance they bring to your guests. For the most singular occasions, we also collaborate with Michelin-starred chefs and Meilleurs Ouvriers de France.
Our home is Paris and the Île-de-France — Paris itself, Neuilly-sur-Seine, Levallois-Perret and the surrounding arrondissements — and we travel to wherever your evening takes place: Lyon, Bordeaux, Marseille, Nice, Cannes, Courchevel, Saint-Tropez and more than a hundred other destinations. Every Prémices evening is composed bespoke. The investment depends on the number of guests, the chef and venue chosen, the wine pairing and the level of service. We return a detailed proposal within 24 to 48 hours of our first conversation.
