Our vision
A house dedicated to exceptional evenings.
Prémices was founded on a simple conviction: the most memorable dinners are not booked in a restaurant. They are composed for a single table, in a place that matters, with the chefs and sommeliers whose names one usually only reads about.
Everything we do serves that idea. We bring the finest kitchens of France to your address in Paris, or to a private setting we source for the evening. Nothing is standard. Everything is composed.
