Who are the Prémices chefs?

Prémices chefs are all experienced professionals who have worked for major companies or recognized establishments. I personally select them for their know-how, their creativity and their ability to create a tailor-made experience at home.

How does a service with a Prémices chef go?

The chef arrives at your house about 1.5 hours before the start of the meal. He uses your kitchen, sets the table if necessary, cooks and serves you. At the end of the service, he cleans his workspace and lets you enjoy your evening with nothing to do.

Can I choose my menu?

Yes. You can indicate your preferences, dietary restrictions, and desires. The chef then offers you a tailor-made menu, validated with you before the service.

How much does a home chef cost with Prémices?

The price depends on the number of guests, the menu and the chef selected. Prices usually start from €75/person. A personalized quote is sent to you after your request.

Does the chef do the shopping?

Yes. The Prémices chefs arrive with all the ingredients needed for the meal. You don't have to plan anything.

What is the coverage area of Prémices?

We operate mainly in France, but some services can be arranged elsewhere on request.

How many people is the service for? ?

The services are available from 2 persons and up to 20 guests for table formats. For cocktails or buffets, larger formats are possible.

Can I give a Prémices service as a gift?

Absolutely. You can offer a Prémices gift voucher, valid for all of our offer. Ideal for a birthday, a wedding or a retirement.

Is it suitable for a company meal?

A chef comes to your home, prepare a custom menu, serve your guests, and handles all cleanup. You enjoy a seamless, restaurant-quality experience in the comfort of your own space.

What happens if I have an allergy or a specific diet?

Yes. Whether for a customer lunch, a team building or a management dinner, we offer formulas adapted to companies.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes. Cancellations are possible up to 72 hours before the service free of charge. After this time, fees may apply.
