General Sales Conditions - Prémices
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationships between Prémices (hereinafter “the Company”) and any natural or legal person (hereinafter “the Customer”) wishing to book a service via the premices.club platform.
1. Purpose of the service
Prémices is a marketplace connecting home chefs and customers wishing to organize a private or professional culinary service (dinner, event, catering, etc.). The Company acts as an intermediary, manages the reservation, selects the chefs, oversees the service, and receives a commission on each sale.
2. Booking and confirmation
- Any order placed via the site or by quotation is subject to a personalized quote, to be validated by electronic signature or email.
- The reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the service.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before the service.
3. Modifying the order
- Any change in the number of guests must be communicated at least 5 days before the date of the event.
- In the event of a reduction in the number of participants after this period, no refund may be required.
- In the event of an increase in the number of guests, the Company reserves the right to adjust the price and the feasibility of the service.
4. Cancellation
In case of cancellation by the Customer:- Up to 7 days before the service: the deposit is refunded.
- Less than 7 days before the service: the deposit is retained.
- Less than 48 hours before the service: 100% of the amount of the service is due.
- In the event of cancellation by the Company (exceptional case, force majeure), the Customer will be reimbursed in full for the amounts paid.
5. Price and payment
- Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC).
- Payment can be made by bank card, bank transfer or via any other secure method offered on the site.
- Services include the services of the chef, the preparation of dishes, and possibly shopping and equipment. Additional options may be offered and charged separately.
6. Quality of services
- All the chefs proposed by Prémices are selected, tested and evaluated.
- The Company makes every effort to ensure the constant quality of services, but cannot be held responsible for the hazards associated with the development of an event beyond its control.
7. Responsibility
- The Company acts as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused by the Manager, except for proven fault in the selection or monitoring of the latter.
- In the event of a dispute, mediation may be initiated before any legal action.
8. Intellectual property
All content (texts, images, videos, brands) present on the premices.club site is the exclusive property of the Company and may not be reproduced without prior authorization.
9. Personal data
The data collected is used for the management of reservations and customer relationships. They are processed in accordance with our privacy policy and GDPR regulations.
10. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Otherwise, the dispute will be brought before the competent court within the jurisdiction of the Company's head office.
